M3 Mulit-Point Compression Latching System

The M3 system uses multiple over-center latch mechanisms to provide the ultimate in consistent compression along the entire edge of an enclosure door. Available with multiple choices of stylish, flush-handle actuators, it can be installed to meet industry standards for environmental or EMC sealing applications. A complete M3 latching system consists of an actuator, two or more remote compression latches, and one or two hexagonal rod(s). The hex-shaped drive rods run the length of the cabinet door to enable you to drive multiple compression latches simultaneously from one actuation point.

H3-EM Electronic Locking Swinghandle

Southco’s H3-EM Electronic Locking Swinghandle features an efficient microprocessor-controlled gear motor design that ensures minimal power consumption and provides intelligent locking and monitoring capabilities. The H3-EM can be used as a standalone system, integrated with an existing building access control system or supplied as a fully networked system enabling remote monitoring and audit trail reporting to meet compliance requirements, such as HIPAA and Sarbanes Oxley. The H3-EM Electronic Locking Swinghandle can easily accommodate a variety of rack sizes and configurations with its simple, single-hole panel preparation.

Robust die-cast zinc construction provides durable, corrosion-resistant performance, with optional gasketing for indoor or outdoor use. A lightweight nylon version provides a reduced-cost alternative for indoor applications.

A5 Round Rod Multi-Point Latching System

As a simple, economical add-on option for many Southco single-point latches, these fixed-rod latching systems can be included in your original cabinet design or retrofit as needed. The added latching points at the extreme edges of door panels provide extra security and strength for longer doors by eliminating pry points, flexing, and rattle. The deadbolt design of the A5 Multi-Point System provides simplicity of installation and operation.

A5 Flat Rod Multi-Point Systems offer increased strength when controlling multiple latching points from a single point of operation. When installed within an enclosure, the added latching points at the extreme edges of door panels provide increased security and strength, eliminating pry points, flexing and rattle. These economical systems can be easily integrated into original enclosure designs or retrofitted as needed.

 

F2 Multi-Point Latching System

Designed for indoor applications, this latching system is mounted outside the gasket seal and close to the door edge, where it provides lever action and remote compression in a small space. It provides very stylish options in enclosure design, with the use of concealed latching mechanisms and just a slim-profile handle visible outside the enclosure. The Southco F2 Multi-Point Latching System, engineered to meet industrial design requirements, is available with varying lengths and latch-point locations to fit a wide range of enclosure shapes and sizes.
