Our Journey So Far

1972

PERLANE IS FOUNDED

Chet Perry and his wife, Paulie Lane started Perlane Sales as a manufacturer's rep organization. They represented the RIVNUT® by the BF Goodrich company.

1987-1989

A CHANGE OF HANDS

In 1987 the Perlane assets were sold to Mr. Herb Seidell and Mr. Ken DeCrane (RIVNUT® marketing Manager from BF Goodrich) was hired to manage the operations. 2 years later, Jim Seidell, Chris Seidell and Ken DeCrane purchased Perlane and became partners.
