NYLATCH Push Rivet 409

The Nylatch push rivet combines a plunger and grommet into a very lightweight, extra strong fastener. Applications range from conventional thin panel fastening, to unique decorative feet, to bumper guards or to simply plug an unwanted hole. Standard colors are black or white, packaged in bags of 1000.

NYLATCH Riveting System

To install NYLATCH rivets at a rate of up to 30 per minute, use the AT500 pneumatic tool, as shown below. Simply insert the rivet's lower shank, which protrudes from the nose of the tool, through a previously drilled hole, and pull the trigger. The rivet is installed and the excess mandrel trimmed. Expanded mandrels can be ejected by the pneumatic tool or evacuated to a collection receptacle by the optional H3575-1 attachment. Both the tool and evacuator operate off the same 70-100 psi air supply.
