Rivnut® EZ

The Rivnut® EZ is the latest innovation in Rivnut® technology. There are 4 designs to choose from in thread sizes 6-32 through 3/8-16 and M4 through M10 with each featuring a minimal body size to fit into the smallest spaces and a tapered shank for easy hole insertion.
Rivnut® EZ fasteners make fastening easy as they:
- Install blind eliminating the need to have access to the backside of the workpiece.
- Install into tubing without the need for backside access. Install into galvanized steel or pre-painted materials without damaging the surface coating.
- Install without warping the workpiece.
- Install after finish to elminate thread masking.
- Install into materials as thin as .020 or 0,5mm.
- Install without producing dust, gas or electromagnetic fields as with weld nuts.
- Install into a wide range of materials thickness and types.
- Install with light-weight hand held tools right on the assembly line.

The Rivnut® EZ Flat Head Round Body fastener is ideal for punched or drilled holes in sheetmetal, tubing and plastics. Available in 6-32 to 3/8-16 and M4 to M10 thread sizes in steel in zinc/yellow finish.

Rivnut® EZ Thin Head Round Body
The Rivnut® EZ Thin Head Round Body installs practically flush without special hole preparation in punched or drilled holes in sheetmetal, tubing and plastics. Available in 6-32 to 3/8-16 and M4 to M10 thread sizes in steel with zinc/yellow finish.
